What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free worldwide for orders over €100 . For orders below this amount, the shipping costs are:
 • Netherlands: €6.95
 • Belgium: €8.95
 • Germany: €9.95
 • International (other countries): €14.95

If your country isn't visible at checkout, it means we unfortunately don't ship there at the moment.

Which courier will deliver my order?

We work with reliable delivery services such as UPS, DHL, PostNL or Bpost, depending on your location.

What happens if the delivery fails?

If the delivery driver is unable to deliver your package, they will try again or leave a pickup notification. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. We can then resend it to you.

Are there additional costs for delivery?

For deliveries to the Netherlands and Belgium, all taxes and import duties are included.

For other countries, additional charges may be levied by your local customs or postal service. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
