These terms apply to all offers, orders, deliveries, and agreements made via our website, for both consumers and business customers, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

All prices on our website include VAT (unless stated otherwise). Payments are processed through secure payment methods. An order is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

We ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, and worldwide.
Shipping is free on orders over €100.

For orders under €100, the following shipping costs apply:

• Netherlands: €6.95

• Belgium: €8.95

• Germany: €9.95

• International (other countries): €14.95

The standard delivery time is 1–2 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Delivery times to other countries may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

We do our utmost to process every order as quickly as possible.
VEMPIRE is not responsible for delays outside our control, such as carrier delays or force majeure.

At VEMPIRE, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, completely free of charge, as long as the product
meets the return conditions.

Conditions:

• The product must be unused and in original condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels and protective foils attached

• Personalized or damaged items cannot be returned

• Return shipping is free only if the item is unworn and undamaged

To initiate a return, email us at support@vempire-watches.com.

Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will refund your payment within 5 business days.

All VEMPIRE watches come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Movement malfunctions

• Battery issues (within the first 6 months)

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or water (above 5 ATM)

• Wear and tear to straps, glass, or casing

• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or third parties

For warranty claims, always contact us first via support@vempire-watches.com. Keep your proof of purchase as your warranty certificate.

VEMPIRE is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, or loss of profit. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order, unless otherwise required by law.

All content on our website – including images, texts, and logos – is the property of VEMPIRE or our licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court in VEMPIRE’s place of business will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
